Diets To Lose A Lot Of Weight
Can you even count how many diets to lose a lot of weight you have read about, seen on TV or received from well meaning friends and family members? There are enough fast weight lose diets out there to fill an entire encyclopedia on the topic. How is one to know which diets to lose weight really work and which don’t? Some swear by low fat. But then again is the chemical stuff in all those low fat foods so much better for you than the fat itself? Others say low carb is the ultimate solution, but if you don’t ingest carbohydrates you perpetually run low on energy and feel miserable at least half of the time. Then there are diet pills. And what is REALLY in those anyway? And what’s up with the shakes and fiber pills and all of that anyway. Does anybody like to live on stuff like that?
And do you REALLY know what all these things do to your organism? It always amazes me how willing we are to do some pretty weird stuff to ourselves in order to look a certain way (myself included). But if you really stop and think about it: Wouldn’t a balanced diet that includes all the nutrients your body needs (carbs, protein and yes, fat) of the right kind and in the right amounts be so much better (and a whole lot better tasting) than all that artificial and chemical stuff (that doesn’t even remotely have anything to do with nutrition) we put into our bodies?
Well, 10 rules of fat loss actually offers just that. It showed me how to be able to eat all kinds of food and often enough in a way that made me loose weight. The key is in the combination and the timing. It was sooo nice to get a hands-on program where I didn’t have to buy a whole battery of side products to reach my supposed weight loss goal; just my regular food eaten in a new way.
